New Guest Announcement: Afshan Azad

PotterVerse is very happy to announce that Afshan Azad, who played Padma Patil in 5 of the Harry Potter films, will be joining us this year at the event. Afshan will be at the event all three days and will be available for Photo Ops, Autographs–and will make appearances on panels and programming.

Her items are currently available through our registration page for pre-order, along with the rest of our actor guests.

GUEST NEWS: Adrian Rawlins cancels, Sean Biggerstaff joins the event!

We are sad to report that Adrian Rawlins has had to cancel his appearance at PotterVerse due to work commitments. He sends his regrets, and wishes he could be there in Baltimore to meet all of you. We wish him all the best and hope we’ll have the chance to work with him in future.

That said, we have begun bringing in new guests to fill in the gaps, and we are very happy to announce the first of these: Sean Biggerstaff, a.k.a. Gryffindor Quiddich Captain Oliver Wood!

We can’t wait to see Sean at the event next month… and we can’t wait to see you, either! Still haven’t gotten your membership? Register now to hang out with us and all your faves from Hogwarts!

Note: All pre-ordered Autographs and Photo Ops for Adrian Rawlins will be refunded this week.

MORE GUESTS: Natalia Tena (Nymphadora Tonks) and Devon Murray (Seamus Finnigan)

Hi all! As you can probably tell, PotterVerse is kicking into high gear. You can expect a TON of updates and additions in the coming weeks since we have just finished working on (Re)Generation Who: Baltimore’s Doctor Who Convention, which was our biggest success yet!

I am pleased to welcome Natalia Tena (Nymphadora Tonks) and Devon Murray (Seamus Finnigan) to our PotterVerse family!

They are joining Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley), Miriam Margoyles (Professor Sprout), and Adrian Rawlins (James Potter). Always check our guest page for the most updated list.

But before you ask (because I know some people will), this is not the end of guest announcements.

This is us just getting started. We can’t wait to welcome you to the con this year. We pride ourselves in welcoming families of all shapes, sizes, and genders and truly creating a friendly atmosphere where everyone can have fun, express themselves, and feel welcome. That’s why meeting all of the guests are included in general admission and we have activities and programming for every member of the family – even the little ones! The personal experience you have with us takes a bit of work behind the scenes to set up but we feel it’s worth it and wouldn’t do it any other way! :D

Thank you so much for your support. Your ticket purchases directly allow us to bring this event to Baltimore and we appreciate you so much!

First up is actor Chris Rankin. Chris played “Percy Weasley”, the brother of Ron Weasley, in the films, and is also the co-founder of a theatre company, Painted Horse UK.

Next up is Adrian Rawlins. Adrian played “James Potter”, Harry’s father, in the film series, and has appeared in a wide range of films and series– including Doctor Who, Misfits, Father Brown, and many others.

And then we come to Miriam Margoyles. Miriam played “Professor Pomona Sprout” in the film series, and has a long career in theater, film, and movies–with major appearances in many of the different seasons of the UK series “Blackadder”.

We are working hard on a large number of additional guests, so check back over the next few weeks as we grow the guest list.
